Movement as Ceremony — with Q́atu̓was Brown
Join Q́atu̓was Brown for a 1.5-hour virtual movement gathering rooted in ceremony, grounding, and care. This gentle practice invites participants to reconnect with themselves through intention, breath, and rest.
Movement as Ceremony is designed to be accessible and spacious—honoring all bodies, welcoming stillness, and offering multiple ways to participate. Whether you choose to move slowly, pause, or simply listen, you are invited to arrive exactly as you are.
Participants are encouraged to create a cozy, supportive space at home and bring water or tea, a mat or blanket, a journal and pen, yoga blocks or books, a bolster or pillow, and an eye mask if available.
This session is facilitated through Rooted Resiliency’s trauma-informed and culturally grounded approach, centering presence, consent, and collective care.
Registration is free for Indigenous kin.
We kindly ask allies to offer a $15–$20 donation to support Rooted Resiliency’s future programming and community wellness initiatives.
